Shipping Policy

At Global Light Network, getting every order to our customers is a priority. We do our best to get an order out within 48 hours of it being processed, but delays happen when we have an overload of orders on a given day or if we run short of stock.

We utilize Federal Express and US Postal Priority Mail. (We do not use United Parcel Service because their charges are high and they do not give us the discounts that Fedex does.) GLN passes all Fedex discounts on to their customers. We do not pad shipping costs. The $2.50 handling fee on every order is to cover the cost of packaging material and labor.

Shipping costs are calculated by USPS or Fedex and are based on the weight of the shipment and the destination.

If you order online and do not receive the option of both US Postal Priority and Fedex, you may want to call us before completing your order so we can give you the best information on your choices. Often our order system does not give our overseas customers the US Postal option. When this happens, we are happy to refund the difference between the cost of Fedex they paid and the actual US Priority International costs. Our shipping department alerts us when a refund needs to be made.

We cannot ship Miracle II products to Canada. They will be turned back at the border.

For all MMS overseas orders, we only have the option of US International Priority or Express. We cannot use Fedex with the product as we have been told by our Fedex International agent that it will not clear customs.

It does not matter whether you place your order online or over the telephone, orders are numbered sequentially and the shipping department takes them in sequential order. The only exception to this is when a customer chooses Fed-Ex 3-day Express Saver, 2nd Day or Overnight. In that case the order gets shipped the same day whenever possible. Because of the deeper discounts we receive on express shipments, you may want to consider this choice if you are in a hurry to get your product. Often it isn't that much more.

When you choose Fedex, you must supply us with a street address and valid telephone number at the destination in case Fedex has a problem with delivery. They do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Fedex used to automatically require a signature on all express shipments. Now there is an extra charge to secure a signature at the destination. You must let us know if you want that option. The delivery driver will usually leave the package at or near the front door. If you don't live in an area where that is safe, you should have your package shipped to someone who will be home to receive it or use US Postal Priority.

If you live in Hawaii, you tend to pay for living in paradise. The cheapest shipping options are US Postal Priority and Fedex 2nd Day. Sometimes 2nd Day is the less expensive. As you probably know, neither one is actually cheap.

If we have a working email address for you in our system, when an order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number (Fedex).
