For shampoo, I use the Moisturizing Soap: 2 ounces Moisturizing Soap to 32 ounces of water. Find a nice water bottle for mixing. Then, put some of this mixture into one of those soft plastic squeeze bottles from Wal*Mart. ***Colored Hair -- I color my hair, and shampoo every four days (every other bath). First, I slip my head down into the fresh bath water and scrub good with the Therapeutic Laundry Ball. Then I squirt the diluted Moisturizing Soap on and quickly work it into the hair with my fingers. Then dunk again, for a quick rinse. Don’t leave the diluted soap on any longer than necessary. And don’t expect a slippery, sudsy shampoo … don’t keep putting it on until you get soap suds … just a little diluted soap, after the first wash in the bath water, will do fine. And if you have been tormented with dandruff … your problem is over! Towel dry the hair. Then apply the Neutralizer Gel. I apply it to the back of my head and rub it in until I feel the texture change … then do another section, on up to the forehead. I do about four sections. Then blow dry. I LOVE the way my hair feels! No stickiness, no stiffness … just soft, silky hair that blows in the breeze and still holds its body and shape. So wonderful!
