Humic / fulvic acid is the smallest, most complex, most highly-refined, naturally-occurring, water-soluble substance on earth. It is an all natural substance that has been extracted from ancient deposits of organic matter. It can be refined for human use as a dietary supplement.

Humic / fulvic acid then assists water in its job of dissolving and transporting. Children: 1 – 3 teaspoon per day in non-chlorinated water or fruit juice.

For other needs: Up to 3 oz. (90 ml) in a glass of non-chlorinated water or fruit juice, three times a day or as directed by your health care professional.

60-Day Protocol to Cleanse and Balance

Within this 60 day window, refrain from tobacco, alcohol, soft drinks, sports drinks, vitamin water and sugar-type drinks, meat, (small amounts of fish, chicken and turkey may be used a few times a week), sugars (including ice cream) and simple starches (white breads, white pasta, white rice etc).   Whole grain products can be used, including brown rice. Try to maintain a dietary balance of 80% alkaline and 20% acidic foods.  After the 60 days, you may want to continue with the diet change or at least use these products sparingly to help maintain your life force energy and health potential.

Start: 2 oz. of Humic Fulvic Minerals in 6 – 8 oz. of purified water (non-chlorinated) on an empty stomach three times daily.

Use ionized alkaline water* if available or otherwise purified water.

● It is very important not to use chlorinated water with humic / fulvic acid.

● Empty stomach means 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating.

● Three times a day is easiest upon rising, mid-to-late afternoon and at bedtime.
