The Orange Guradian Stirwand is for stabilizing, grounding, and strengthening. For water, stir approximately 10 seconds per 8 ounces. For beverages, stir to taste. Will not over-charge any food or beverage.
Wash with mild soap only and never use in the microwave.

I bought 4 stirwands: I use the Guardian for beverages in the morning, the Gourmet for coffee drinks & juices & such, the Zen for my evening herbal tea, the 27/7 for my water throughout the middle of the day. I'm 60 years old and I don't often get a good night's sleep. Since using the stirwands, I go into deep sleep where before I was a very light sleeper. I sleep without waking during the night except to get up to use the bathroom once or twice during the night. I find I fall right back to sleep quickly when I return to bed. I used to just toss and turn alot and had to sit up a read a few minutes in order to get back to sleep. I can't tell you how grateful I am to be able to experience such delicious sleep.
